Product description

Fiocco is made with the outer part of the pork leg (the internal one is reserved for Culatello). It is the leanest and smallest part, trimmed by hand and processed with the rind on.

There are many similarities with its prestigious “cousin” and Fiocco, too, is appreciated for its taste and fragrance.
