Product description
The King of Deli Meats is made with the best part of the pork leg, hand trimmed to give it its traditional pear shape, stuffed into a natural bladder and wrapped in large-mesh twine netting. The aroma, flavour and texture of the large slice of Culatello are truly unique, with a good balance of lean and fatty parts. The expert skills used during the processing and maturation stages determine its quality.
In the kitchen it does not like combinations that mask its flavour: it wants to be the star as it is enough to delight palates on its own, perhaps served with soft curls of butter and lively local red wines.
