Traditional or with pistachios, this mortadella with an extraordinary taste and aroma can also be produced in large formats up to 200 kg.  Mortadella is made from finely ground pork meat mixed with diced fat, salt, spices and natural flavours, then stuffed into a casing and slowly dry-cooked in the oven for hours or days depending on the weight.

Modern technology and the selection of raw materials today make it possible to produce mortadellas with a significantly reduced content of fats and calories, which makes this deli meat a balanced food from a nutritional point of view.
