Product description
Despite its name it originated from the Friuli region, in Italy, and it was only some time later that it was exported to Hungary. Today it is a typical Italian deli meat product. The Felinese recipe uses finely ground pork meat with 30% of fat and the addition of the spice that characterizes it: sweet paprika.
The flavour is characteristic, mild and spicy at the same time, very delicious, and the slice wins you over with its tenderness.
