Product description

As the name says,  it is made from the lower part (“pancetta”) of the pig and contains the abdominal muscles. It is dry cured with salt, aromas and spices and rolled by hand.

It can be left to mature for a long time to acquire extraordinary flavours and fragrances, as the mildness of the fat meets the intensity of the lean part.
