Product description
It is one of the best-known salamis in Italy and abroad and it originates from the Brianza region. At Felinese we prepare it with pork meat ground “to a rice grain”, using the best cuts, the shoulders for the lean part and throats or pancettas for the fatty part.
It is compact when cut, with a large round slice dotted with uniform white fat. The taste is aromatic, mild and balanced.
